ENTRY GUIDELINES:
• The lot at Bar J will be open for Exhibitors at 9am on Friday October 25th. All trucks registered for the Show & Shine must be parked in the Bar J lot by 11:30 am. The lot attendant will direct you to your parking space! If you require access to the lot before 9am on October 25th, please call Michelle at 403-809-3216 to arrange.
• Ballots for “People’s Choice” award will be distributed during the FREE BBQ at NOON! Show and Shine Exhibitors are welcome to enjoy all of the festivities!
• “Best In Show” will be judged by our resident Heavy Truck aficionado. Ballots for People’s Choice will be counted at 2:15pm.
• Award Presentation will take place at 2:30pm.
• Exhibitor trucks must remain in the Bar J lot until 3:00pm, at which point they can exit the lot via the SOUTH GATE ONLY PLEASE!
